Fulfillment Policy:

If Client cancels this Agreement for any reason whatsoever, Client is not entitled to any refund of any amounts previously paid to Bookkeeper, including the Retainer. Bookkeeper may provide a refund in limited cases where it deems, in its sole discretion, to be appropriate and in an amount to be determined by Bookkeeper on a case-by-case basis.
